First of all, welcome to the Masfit team, and thank you for your interest and trust in choosing me to start this new adventure together, I assure you that, with the desire and involvement of both parties, we will achieve success and with it we will meet your goals. . This one-month pack of nutritional advice and personal training includes:

Initial study

Once we receive your payment, we will send you a questionnaire in which you will tell us: your objective, what physical activity and sports you do, how much time you have to train, injuries or pathologies to take into account, among more specific data. All information is relevant, so the more useful information you provide us, the better we will design your plan.

Controls and monitoring

We will monitor your progress fortnightly via email or application, where you must send me:

  • Photos of front, back and profile, with good quality
  • Measurements boys (shoulders, pectoral, biceps, abdomen, quadriceps, calf)
  • Small measurements (shoulders, pectoral, biceps, abdomen, hips, quadriceps, calf)
  • fasting weight
  • Brief explanation of sensations and how the planning has gone in general.

You will receive a response within 2/3 business days with the corrections or changes to your planning if I consider they are necessary. If the report is not sent to me on the scheduled days, we would go directly to the next review date.

Plan delivery

The first diet planning and personal training table, being new and not knowing how your metabolism and body will react or react to the change in diet and training, will take 4 working days, since it is more complex and since everything is totally personalized, it takes me more time. Once you send me the first report or review in the case of making any changes or adjustments, it will take 2/3 business days to modify your diet or training plan.
